Terpeniods give plants their aroma and Bioflavonoids give them their rich color and valuable nutrition.   These and the many other “noids" in Cannabis supply active constituents that make up the many medicinal actions that Cannabis sativa offers.

In this 4 hour class we will discuss the nutrition value of Cannabis, in its seeds, leaves and oils.  We will look at other herbals and flavonoid rich foods that contribute to this herbal nutrition.   We will discuss the essential oil connection; Cannabis's terpene content and and how to integrate other essential oils with these same terpenes to enhance the terpenoid effect of Cannabis and then how to combine or blend these gifts of nature into a self care plan of action.
