I'm a family nurse practitioner who certifies patients for medical cannabis and teaches seminars for the public and for medical professionals. I would like to start a chapter of ACNA in MA. How do I go about this?

    Hi Barbara,

I am located in Rhode Island and have been looking around for individuals to shadow in regards to medical cannabis, this has been very hard to accomplish. I am a novice nurse located in Rhode Island. However, I do have an active license to practice in Massachusetts. Currently, I am working on my BSN and have a deep passion for alternative therapies to opioids. In my spare time, I am completing the core curriculum for ACNA. I would love to discuss ways about starting an ACNA branch in the area.

    Best,

    Andrea Beaulieu

I am an RN in North Shore Massachusetts. I would love to join a chapter in Massachusetts. I have my BSN and I am finishing my MPH in October. I would love to meet some like-minded professionals.

How do we start a chapter?

Hi! I'm also down for trying to get a group together. It sounds like there's 3 of us at least! Maybe we should just start meeting and hope others will join in? I'm in Dover Ma. working in Boston (Boston Health Care For The Homeless), but would be willing to travel for a get together/chat to discuss getting a chapter going (?).

    HI Ladies,

I am founder of GreenNurse Group - www.TheGreenNurses.com

We have been operating for 2 years taking care of patients and doing community education, outreach and appearances.

We are a non-profit whole health consulting agency of Registered Nurses.  We are liaisons to patients in the medical cannabis space teaching cannabinoid therapeutics for bio-psycho-social-spiritual healing. We offer home, office, phone and video consultations. We work directly with individual patients, families, medical professionals, doctors offices, senior centers, outpatient pain clinics, hospices, VNA doing education. We do private group seminars, medical dispensary educational nights and we have a weekly video radio podcast called GreenNurse on the Go.

I am located at Irie Bliss Wellness Center and I would love to set up an ACNA in Massachusetts and would be happy to host our first meeting at the Wellness Center, www.IrieBliss.Com

I am a RN in Middlesex County, and I practice in MA and NH.  I currently work in hospice and palliative care.  I would be interested in joining a Massachusetts chapter.

    Hi everyone!

I’m interested in joining a MA members group! I live in Marshfield and I’m an RN, working on my masters to be an FNP. Let me know if you all decide to meet up!
